Dear Jason ~
I wanted to take a minute to let you how pleased I am with Lars. We (my husband and I) started with a very basic remodel concept and then with the help of Brandon Spann; created a wonderful new design to get the best use for our space and it is beautiful. All of our neighbors love that the house still "fits" in our neighborhood that was built in 1959. Brandon thought of everything when designing our home. From getting the most usable square feet by removing hallways to which side the dishwasher should be on for maximum convenience. Every last detail was thoroughly thought thru. Once we were happy with the plans, we met Mike Reynolds who was our project manager.
I cannot say enough about Mike. He kept this job moving along one trade after another, everything was scheduled out and went great. I love that Mike is pro-active and always communicates what is happening on a daily basis and what to expect. Mike has been available to us anytime we have needed him, including evenings and weekends. He has a great attitude and has made this process a fun and exciting for our whole family. The kids (Hanna and Chase) really got attached to Mr. Mike, after all he was building their new rooms. I think that every remodel is going to have “bumps” in the process, but with close communication those bumps are minimal.
All of the trades that came to our home were friendly, clean and really cared out their work. Each one brought suggestions and ideas that can only come from years of experience and pride in their work.
At the same time we were remodeling two co-workers were also remodeling. On many occasions they came to me and vented. Everything from dirty job sites, subs not showing up, sloppy work, and just pure frustration. They would look at me and say, “has that ever happened to you ?” and with a big smile I would say “no”. Thank you again for being the best in the business !
