Project Designer/ Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Project Designer/Sales Consultant with a history of successful selling and a knowledge of residential design, building codes and space planning. Our preferred candidate is a motivated team-player and a self-starter with a proven record of success in sales and high level of customer service. Navigation on the computer with experience in Word, Excel and email a must. Experience with Chief Architect helpful.

BUILD TEAM MEMBER

Project Manager/ Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced, organized Project Manager / Superintendent. Must be extremely knowledgeable in current californina building codes and on the job safety. Must be an organized, self starter with polished communication skills for both our Clients and our Trade Partners. Must have experience on the computer with knowledge of email, excel spreadsheets and word. Must understand all aspects of blueprints, notes and details. Good driving record required.
